E-commerce websites have been proven very useful for many users all around the globe . and observing the current development and research in e-commerce websites it can be said that in the upcoming times there will be more than number of websites for e-commerce trading and also the rapid development in the field of Artificial Intelligence this whole technology will be taken to an another aspect of shopping in the upcoming times . (Mohdhar.a.,2021). Customer support service which are the only aspects which needs to be improved on the current e-commerce sites will be sorted out . with the upcoming new technologies such as drones and robots there might be chance that this technology will also improve delivery situations for e-commerce sites , which would make the speed of delivery of products to customer even more faster and advanced . it is also assumed that because of the drones delivery would be carrier out in couple of hours after the product is being ordered . there are many different such beliefs but I personally think that because of all this advancements and growing many different aspects and easy ways to shop online would be discovered .
