*shopping basket - it is an very essential feature which every website should have , it enables the users to look through the selected items and if they want to remove or add any item to their shopping .

*payment service - many websites have limited access to banks for payment purposes and sometimes users find it very disturbing and also there are lot of chances for cyber crime and offences . (Purwati , 2011).

*customer feedback - every website should have an separate column where customers can write about the complaints they have faced while using the website and also sometimes many users give feedback for complementing the innovative website that they have created . 

*search bar - nowadays every website has this function where user can quickly find out the product they are looking for which saves them so much of time and it is considered to be one of the main feature which should be in any e-commerce website . (Azam,2015)

* search and filter - this function enables the users to look out for the specific products which they are looking , user can also enter their favourite company , their size , etc .
